Guess what... the day has FINALLY come. As of 0940 this morning, I was a free man. Free of a marriage that was shit. Free (mostly) of a woman who had used me for 10 years. I'm still stuck with her for another 11 years concerning my son, but I'm still more free than I was a little over nine hours ago. The bitch didn't even have the courtesy to show up to the divorce she wanted... Oh, well, not my problem any more.
Oh, did I mention that I was single for about 90 minutes? My beautiful fiancee saw fit to become my wife at 1115 this morning. It was a wonderful magistrate wedding. Our honeymoon will be spent playing dart at the home bar. She's such a wonderfully patient and giving woman.
I'm so stoked that my new life has started. I have a beautiful wife, a wonderful daughter, and the future's so bright, I gotta wear shades.

New Digs
Hey, All.
I know, I know. It's been a while since I wrote something for all my fans. There has been a metric shit-ton of stuff going on and I've been using my time in more constructive ways.
Anyway, updates.
We've moved into a new place, as you may be able to tell from the title. It's close to a really nice park, not too far from work, school, and everything else. Plus, it's no longer a trailer. I guess I'm not quite cut out for trailer life.
Man, this place is nice. 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Relatively quiet. Kids' rooms are downstairs. A fake fireplace. I can deal with this.
Bummer stuff happened last week. Remember me talking about the whole divorce-thing, right? Well, my attorney and I had a court date last week to question my "opponent's" extension. She was notified of the court date and never showed... again. Guess what. Even not being there, she wins. The judge seems to think that it is acceptable for someone that wants a divorce to hold up the life of the other person.
Once again, SHE is the one that originally wanted this and still she can't let go.
Good thing is that she only has nine more days. There is no reason on Earth that I should be married to her after 18 March 2009. Man, that will be a GREAT day.
